With over two decades of experience in the tech and software sector, Melissa has built two software companies, including a successful bootstrapped, multi-million dollar software company. She's not just a business maven; she's an award-winning innovator, having received accolades from the Mayor of her City.
Melissa's newest venture, Catalytic Icon, elevates entrepreneurs by awakening their worth and talents. As an entrepreneurial expert and personal development guru, Melissa helps others create dreamy lifestyles while raking in profits and building quality relationships. As a Catalytic Conversation™ facilitator and Immersive Experience™ planner, Melissa helps others re-unite with their WHY and develop an integrated plan to align with it daily. Melissa has her own proprietary way of catalyzing relevant conversations in groups that unlock authenticity and vulnerability. She's facilitated over 10,000 hours of relevant conversations between entrepreneurs and has been recognized by her ability to merge ecosystems and dig deep into the depths of human potential.
